Gooseman Travels provides private transportation, airport transfers, and tour services across Jamaica. By booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices displayed on the website are in USD and may vary based on travel dates or special requests.
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
Payments must be made through the approved methods listed on our website.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip may qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip are non-refundable.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or safety issues), Gooseman Travels reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking, with a full or partial refund issued as applicable.

4. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must ensure all travel documents, personal belongings, and valuables are secure.
Gooseman Travels is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
You must comply with all driver and guide instructions during transfers or tours for your safety.

5. Liability

While we take every measure to ensure your comfort and safety, Gooseman Travels will not be held liable for:

Any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Third-party service issues such as hotel or attraction closures.

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to adjust routes, schedules, or destinations in case of operational or safety concerns. We will always strive to communicate such changes promptly.
